This award was created around
1986 by ARA, until nowadays the rules of this award have been many
times misinterpreted and we recognize that it can be our fault,
because, as far as we know, this award was never translated.
ARA’s direction board has determined that it was
time to revise and readjust it to our days. Now this
award, besides having a official english version, has also been more
more explicit, hoping that from now on requesters have a better
understanding of its requisites, also the cost of has been
updated.
The document is now official and is now published here, we ask you to inform your
local clubs and friends of these changes

Previously issued awards
will continue valid, of course, but from now on (January 2004) the official rules are the new
version, dated from 2004.
We hope you can understand this
situation and we wish you good hunting |
